Online Assistance – ICT Service Desk Portal

The College currently operates an ICT Service Desk which provides ICT support for all Oakhill staff and students.

To request support with an issue, log into the ICT Service Desk using your Oakhill username and password and submit your ICT support request. Information on how to log a job is available for staff and students.

The College Service Desk provides support for all ICT requests, including immediate assistance with problems encountered during lessons where work can not continue. Core hours for support are as shown below.

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
School Holidays 9:00am – 3:00pm

Face-to-Face Support – ICT Service Desk

The ICT Service Desk is located in TU201 which is below the Oakhill College Library.

The hours of operation are shown in the table below.
