All students, regardless of how or where their device has been purchased, are able to access support via Oakhill ICT Services. The ICT Services Helpdesk is located in the Turon building adjacent to the library. We are open from 7:30am – 4:00pm Mon-Fri, and 8am-4pm Mon-Fri during school holidays.
Parents can contact the Helpdesk on 9634 0886 at any time between 8am-4pm weekdays during term time and school holidays.
Loan laptops are available for any student who is temporarily without a laptop due to a repair issue. Loans are provided for a maximum of 2 weeks which is usually ample time for families to seek repairs via their chosen repairer. Unfortunately, onsite hardware repairs can only be arranged for devices that were purchased via our partner online store. Families purchasing from other vendors will need to pursue their own hardware repairs. Students who are repairing their devices outside the usual College channels must provide evidence of the repair before a loan can be issued by ICT staff.
Please be advised that loan laptops are not provided to students who have forgotten to bring their laptop to school.
