The papercut client agent will be automatically installed onto your computer. The client should run automatically upon login – if it doesn’t you can search for “Papercut” it in the Start menu and click the icon to run the agent
The client agent will appear as per below;
All staff have an initial balance of $0 and printing costs then accrue in arrears
The client agent must be running in order to be able to print
“MyPrint” has now been replaced with “FindMe” print. Jobs submitted to the “FindMe” queue are stored in a secure queue and can be released from any large Canon copier by tapping your card.
The FindMe queue will be automatically installed onto your computer. If you do not have the FindMe queue in your list of available printers, contact the HelpDesk
Some users may also have “direct” printer access to smaller black and white printers – print jobs are sent to the printer directly, no tapping to authenticate on the printer to release the job. Charging still applies to print jobs sent to these devices.
