This article will lead your through the process of Configuring an Email Signature in Outlook on your Windows Computer (PC).

  1. Open the Microsoft Outlook Application

  2. Once loaded, Click on the “New Mail” icon and the “Signature” icon and select “Signatures”

  3. From here you can create a New Email Signature, You can copy paste a template provided
